Elisa Williams is sick of being sidelined with injuries from a recent car accident. With the holidays fast approaching she's ready to forget the drama of Thanksgiving and move on with her holiday season.

Part of those holidays has been watching most everyone she knows find love--often with Elisa's help, sometimes at risk of life and limb. Tired of wearing her widow's weeds, Elisa decides it's her turn to start dating. She sets her sights on Marcus Wing, one super sexy grandfather she meets at physical therapy.

Marcus's relationship with his charming but wayward grandson brings drama to the table, along with his distinguished good looks, and it's up to Elisa to save the day. Will her start to the new year be beautiful or a bust? And when will her darn knee stop hurting?

Hunter Williams--Elisa's son and the sun in her sky--and Anna Mylan are newly engaged and happily plotting out the course of their life, but there's one obstacle in the way. Hunter must meet the parents.

With nerves crawling up his back, Hunter distracts himself any way he can, including falling off of a roof butt first into juniper bushes. This is not an auspicious start to his day.
