How to Loose A Wife is a book of awareness. Being able to come to grips and HEAL from the things I suffered through in a relationship turned marriage. Being able to step outside of self and see the damage that was done to me. I took time to heal and draw myself out of depression after being isolated and manipulated for years by a controlling narcissist. This book is my personal experience and my words from a diary that I kept along my journey of what I thought was love and turned out to be the very opposite.
