Yello was formed in 1978, so 2018 marks Yello's 40th anniversary! To celebrate that, we present to you The Yello Chronicles: The Early Years - Part 1 (1976-1979) which covers the years that preceded the release of Yello's first LP Solid Pleasure. Most of the information has never been published before in any book. It reveals all the secrets, all the mysteries, straightens out myths and misconceptions, and contains lots of surprises! It also features over 200 pictures, including many previously unpublished and original photographs from Carlos' private archives, as well as several early and very rare articles, all translated into English. It is written and meticulously researched by renowned Yello expert Jonas Warstad, and is based on his interviews with original founders Boris Blank and Carlos Perón.
