Recorded by Haydn specialist and conductor Ivor Bolton with Mozarteumorchester Salzburg and Salzburg Bach Choir, but also with top-class soloists; Lucy Crowe (soprano), Anna Bonitatibus (soprano), Bettina Ranch (alto), Mauro Peter (tenor) and Neal Davies (bass). The first and long forgotten oratorio by Haydn "Il ritorno di Tobia"; the "Return of Tobias" - originally commissioned by the Wiener Tonkünstler-Societät, which included prominent musicians such as Haydn. Libretto in Italian, English and German.
